During busy periods or holidays, delivery times may be extended:

  • USA / Canada / Australia (Peak Season): 10–15 business days

Note: Customs processing, local delays, or high-volume shipping seasons (like Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day) may impact delivery timelines.

Wiggles Shipping Insurance Policy

Your order is important to us. That’s why we offer complimentary insured delivery on all shipments. This ensures your package is covered in the rare event of loss, theft, or damage in transit.

Insurance Terms

  • What It Covers: Loss, theft, or transit-related damage, up to the order’s value at checkout.

  • Non-Refundable Clause: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order is placed.

  • Filing a Claim: If your package is damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages, contact us within 14 days. Be ready to provide order confirmation, tracking details, and photographic proof where relevant.

  • Not Covered: Delays, pre-existing damage, or indirect losses are not included in the insurance coverage.
